We encourage partners to not only derive revenue from the sale of KnowledgeTree Commercial licenses but also to follow KnowledgeTree-related professional services opportunities.
These professional services opportunities may include, amongst others:- product installation and configuration;
- customization and extension;
- bulk document imports;
- configuration of document taxonomies;
- consulting around document management processes;
- training.
What are Reseller Margins are applicable to Premium and SMB Partnerships?
The Small Business and Premium tiers cater for companies that intend on actively engaging in the sale of KnowledgeTree SMB and KnowledgeTree Enterprise by providing a reseller margin, access to software and numerous marketing opportunities.
The reseller margins for the Small Business and Premium tiers are described below:
- Margins increase with a partner’s annual turn-over, with any revenues falling into a band attracting the band’s margin;
- A partner makes a reseller margin on all sales, including re-subscriptions;
- At the start of a new calendar year partners will only drop one band from the maximum achieved in the previous year.

What are the KnowledgeTree Partner Programme Tiers and Benefits?
The KnowledgeTree Partner Programme is comprised of three partnership levels: Market Place, Small Business and Premium Partners. Amongst other benefits, Small Business and Premium Partners have the opportunity to earn a reseller margin on the sale of KnowledgeTree products to their customers.
KnowledgeTree Partners will receive the following benefits:
The Market Place partner tier provides smaller companies and individuals who are unlikely to sell commercial versions of KnowledgeTree but do wish to sell KnowledgeTree-related services with the ability to make their presence known to the world through free listing on our online Market Place directory.
