Background Bulk Downloads
Previously when you performed a bulk download of files in KnowledgeTree you had to wait for the download to complete before you could perform another action. The bulk download is now processed in the background and you can continue to use KnowledgeTree while the download progresses. When the download is complete, you are notified.
KnowledgeTreeLive is upgraded at least once a month. This ensures that our KnowledgeTreeLive users not only derive the benefits of cost savings on IT infrastructure and maintenance, but they will also always have the latest functionality.

we are happy kt live customers. We would like to us kt to provide end-user pages, however, we want to do some screen customization, "skinning" or "theming" depending on your vocab---but we want control over what the end user sees.
In this case it's pretty simple, as the end-user will have read-only access to various documents stored on KTLive and that's it.
What's the simplest way to accomplish this? we are already using drupal to drive the website which will power these end-user pages.

Thumbnails in community edition
Hello.
I couldn't see a thumbnail option for the views in community - is this not included? I found the KTS-244 zip file, but this hasn't fixed it
