Sean Tierney at JumpBox has put together a great ramp up video for KnowledgeTree. The video gives an excellent overview on the benefits of a document management application such as KnowledgeTree, a primer on document management concepts, and a guide for beginners on how to set up KnowledgeTree.
While the ramp up video focuses on KnowledgeTree Community Edition, and some of the features of commercial editions of KnowledgeTree are missing, the video is an excellent resource for first time KnowledgeTree administrators.
