KnowledgeTree offers different types of support based on the version of our product that you currently use.
KnowledgeTree Online Offering

Starter, Professional, Team and Company Customers (including all users of the free trial) — Web-based support is available through the Get Satisfaction portal where you can post questions, refer to previously answered questions and offer input.

Enterprise Customers — You receive both web-based and phone support. Log an issue online, or contact your account manager for additional assistance.
KnowledgeTree On-premise and KnowledgeTreeLive
- Basic and Gold customers — You receive web-based support.
KnowledgeTree Community edition
- The Community Edition is not officially supported by the company. However, you may post your questions in the KnowledgeTree forum and community members may be able to assist.
