How do I access support for KnowledgeTreeLive?

You may create support tickets within the KnowledgeTreeLive application. Once logged, your support tickets are handled by our support engineers. You may review the status of the tickets from within the KnowldgeTreeLive application. You will also receive emails notifying you of the status of your support tickets.
