How does it work?

Create folders and subfolders for your content that reflect the way your organization works. You can structure your folders yourself, or you can use one of KnowledgeTree’s templates to get you started.

When you have folders in place, upload your content. You can upload files individually, or you can do bulk uploads using Hot Folders to get your content into the right place automatically.

Give your team access to the folders by assigning groups of coworkers, or individuals, with specific permissions, such as read, update or create. You can also hide folders entirely from individuals or groups.

Navigate through the folders, or use powerful searching capabilities to find your files. KnowledgeTree will search the content of the document and the document properties and return results in milliseconds. You can view a preview image of the file to make sure you have the right one.

Access your documents from anywhere you can connect to the Internet. Your documents are stored safely and securely online. Work with your team to make changes to documents and discuss them online. You can notify collaborators with built-in email about changes or actions. You can also be notified when anyone makes a change to your document.
