How does it work?

Determine which documents or document types need reminders or alerts – such as tax filings, contracts or other time-sensitive documents. Assign alerts per document or by document type, for example all vendor contracts require semi-annual review and renewal

Receive notification on your dashboard and by email that action is required, or “subscribe” to documents for notification whenever changes have been made. Don’t miss important dates due to antiquated filing systems or calendars that are disconnected from the documents.

Use workflow to define compliant business processes and routing for documents. Know that every document in the process is being treated consistently and subject to the same set of approvals.

Ensure that no more changes can be made by making the document immutable (locked), while still retaining the full document history. This is important for legal documents once all parties have agreed to the content.

Produce a full document version history and audit trail if requested by authorities or regulators. Ensure compliance with electronic signatures that also record the reason for every change made to the document.

Take advantage of EchoSign and eFax integration to eliminate the need for paper-based signatures.
