All SaaS customers can access our help portal at help.knowledgetree.com, or directly from the KnowledgeTree application. Simply click on “Get Help” in the top-right corner of the application.
The KnowledgeTree help portal gives you helpful videos, tutorials, a knowledge base, and access to our help ticketing system. Enterprise customers receive both web and phone support and can contact support by calling 1-877-900-0350.
On-Premise, KnowledgeTree Live, and Private Cloud customers receive web portal support through a dedicated support portal. To search the knowledge base or submit a support request go to support.knowledgetree.com and then click on the “submit a request” button at the top of the page to open a support ticket.
KnowledgeTree Community Edition
KnowledgeTree Community Edition is not supported technology and no longer available from KnowledgeTree.
