After a black hole nearly destroyed the internet, Fortnite is back and ready for action. This season’s Chapter 2 introduces a new island and new character skins like Geralt of Rivia and the Hulk, plus some other gameplay additions.
One such addition is the ability to hack your game to give you a competitive advantage. Many players have gotten caught using these cheats, including pros like Ninja and CourageJD.
1. Loot Chest Hack
Fortnite Chapter 2 brings a lot of new features to the game including a brand-new map and character skins like the Hulk. However, it also brought a bunch of hacks that cheaters are using to win every game they play.
This hack allows players to get multiple items from a single chest in the same match. This is a great way to increase your chances of getting that one item that you need to complete your set or upgrade an existing piece of gear.
While Epic Games has taken steps to crack down on these hackers, it seems that the hacks are still working in some cases. In fact, even some pro gamers are complaining about having to play in lobbies filled with these cheaters. This is a huge problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.
2. Secret Passage Hack
There’s a secret passage in Fortnite that gives players a massive speed boost when they jump into the water. It’s in the new POI Shattered Slabs. Players can use the shortcut by pressing X on PS4 or A on Xbox One while underwater.
This is the best way to beat a team of enemies in a hurry or get out of the storm without getting swarmed. The trick is a bit tricky to master but once you figure it out, it’s worth trying.
Even some Fortnite pros have been caught using hacks to cheat in competitive matches. The pro-YungCalc recently tweeted that hackers are all over the place in public matches. 3. Invisibility Hack
A number of hacks have been discovered for Fortnite players. Some have made the gamer invisible to other players, while others have given them a big head or allowed them to move faster than normal. However, one recent hack has turned Fortnite players into John Cena-style gods.
The glitch is activated as soon as the player uses any scoped weapon such as a sniper or DMR in first-person mode. It’s a great way to troll other players but, unlike other hacks, this isn’t officially sanctioned by Fortnite-maker Epic Games.
To use this hack, the user must buy a self-revive and then find a semi-truck. They must then jump into the passenger seat and aim the rifle. Once they’re done, the player will become completely invisible. The invisibility will also remain active after the user is downed.
4. Aim Assist Hack
Fortnite Chapter 2 has brought new weapons, skins, and gameplay features. From the Hulk to a new hero skin to hurdling over obstacles for faster world movement, there’s plenty to explore.
There’s also a new swimming mechanic that allows players to hop in the water and move around like a dolphin. Epic Games has put a lot of work into making the water look more realistic and it looks pretty cool.
However, one of the most annoying things in the game is aim assist. The feature instantly tracks enemies as they move and follows them. This is the same type of “aim hack” that PC players use, and it’s a full-fledged cheat. You can use it on your controller by going to Settings and turning on Advanced Options in the Aim Assist tab. This will make the setting work at full power.
5. Wall Hack
So, you must be wondering, how to hack Fortnite. Right? This kind of hack is one of the most popular ones in online shooters and allows players to see the enemy and friendly players through walls. It is usually done by making wall textures transparent or by inserting cham overlays with various configurations (color, opacity, sizes, etc.).
This feature is very useful in games with large maps where it can be harder to hide behind walls and other obstacles. However, it is important to note that this kind of hack can also be detected by other players, so it is best to use it sparingly to avoid getting banned from the game.

6. Sniper Rifle Hack
Fortnite players have always been able to hide in bushes and haystacks, but now there are even more places to hide from mean enemies. Placed around the new POIs like Shattered Slabs, Weeping Woods, and Craggy Cliffs, these physics sorcery locations can be used to sneak up on opponents.
Married couple Runa Sandvik and Michael Auger have discovered a way to hack the self-aiming computer system on TrackingPoint’s high-tech sniper rifles. They told Wired that they can remotely alter the rifle’s target without the shooter’s knowledge or delete its onboard files to render it useless.
They plan to present their findings at the Black Hat hacker conference in two weeks, but they also gave Wired a demonstration of how the exploit works. The hackers can make the rifle miss its intended target and hit another, or even lie to the shooter and tell them they are hitting a different bullseye.
7. Teleporter Hack
It’s not often that Fortnite seasons go into unofficial overtime, but it seems like Season 7 is nearing its end. It’s been a pretty cool season with some big-name skins, including Rick & Morty and Superman.
In this mod, players can use a command block to teleport themselves. To use it, type /tp (player’s username) (x, y, z).
It’s important to note that the teleporter hack can be detected by looking at the rate of change in velocity vs time. This will reveal any large spikes that would be impossible to get from a player with low lag. Then, you can compare it to the curve of a normal player and detect any teleport hacks. This is the same technique used by anti-cheats. It’s not a foolproof method, but it’s a start.
8. Glider Hack
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 is live and there’s plenty to discover. Aside from a new map, character skins including Hulk and Geralt, and the Doom Slayer hero outfit, there are also lots of new weapons, items, and gameplay additions. These include Reality Augments that boost your abilities at random intervals, and hurdling over obstacles for slicker world movement.
Another new trick is the Glider Hack, a way to instantly move through the air. It’s easy to do and works in all game modes, including Arena and public matches. Just put a glider in one of your hotbar slots and jump off to activate it. Then, just keep jumping through the sky and you’ll soon find yourself landing at a different spot. You can do this as many times as you want to quickly move around the island.
9. Fishing Hack
Fortnite Chapter 2 added a bunch of fun new features, including fishing. Players can now catch fish to collect loot, and the game even allows them to use a real fishing rod.
The new feature is a fun alternative to combat, and the loot is pretty decent. There are four different types of fish, and three of them will replenish health or shield when eaten.
You can also catch sharks by fishing, and killing them will reward you with some high-tier loot. This trick is especially useful if you’re a fan of water-based weapons. You can even swim up to a haystack and jump on it, which is perfect if you want to hide from enemies. The haystack will protect you from damage, and it’s also a great place to reload. 10. Boat Hack
When you think of ship hacks, it’s probably swarthy crooks waving machetes at vessels, but modern ships are packed with electronics that make them just as vulnerable to cyberattacks. And while the threat isn’t quite as obvious as pirates, it’s a very real one.
If you find yourself at sea and your speakers stop working, just grab a cup (glass, plastic or styrofoam works just fine) and stick your phone inside. The cup will act as a portable speaker that amplifies the music. This is a great trick to keep in mind next time you’re on a boat.
